Terms & Conditions for the 90-Minute Business Intensive

1. Overview
This 90-minute business intensive (the "Session") is a strategic coaching session designed to help entrepreneurs up-level their business, launch a new offer, refine their sales funnel, and develop a clear roadmap for achieving their success metrics. During the session, we will outline your goals and build a customized marketing strategy to support your business plan. Following the call, you will receive an in-depth business plan and a 90-day marketing strategy.

2. Payment & Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases outlined under the cancellation policy below.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of payment, with no refund or rescheduling.

If the facilitator must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

4. Session Expectations

The client is responsible for coming prepared with relevant business details, goals, and challenges to maximize the value of the session.

The facilitator will provide expert guidance and recommendations, but the success of any strategy depends on the client's implementation and commitment.

All materials and strategies provided are for the client's personal business use and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written consent.

5. No Guarantees or Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality guidance and strategy, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

The client acknowledges that business success depends on various factors, including market conditions, effort, and implementation.

The facilitator shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of the strategies or recommendations provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and strategies provided during and after the session remain the intellectual property of the facilitator.

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials for their own business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential and not disclose or use it for any purpose other than the session objectives.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
